In Jan 2025, and in response to countless messages from RemoteBase Readers, I launched RemoteBase Member Properties 🏘️ 

• “hey, I have an airbnb in Italy, can you share it with your readers?”

• “Love the newsletter, how do I add my property?”

• “Can I share my apartment on RemoteBase?”

I love, love, love supporting our members and sharing their homes...

But the token act of adding a link to just one of our newsletters?

It doesn’t carry the kind of impact hosts are looking for, or that RemoteBase was intended to have!

The Member Properties area fixes that.

This dedicated area highlights properties owned by readers and fellow members of our nomad community.

And instead of sharing a link to a member property in just a single email, the listing lives online for a whole year - with special mentions in every newsletter.

Member Properties promises to bring hosts a different kind of guest.

The long-stay, nomad guest.

The guest who wants to feel like they’re at home.

To treat a place like their home.

Member Properties Listings have an annual fee of $120.
equivalent to $10/month.

The fee renews like a subscription each year, until you decide to cancel.
(you’ll get an email reminder before renewal)

We don’t take any booking commissions ❌ 

If listings don’t look suitable for monthly nomad bookings, we won’t list it in Member Properties

Instead, we’ll refund the annual fee, and may offer some recommendations to make your listing more nomad-friendly.
